Santiago property meetup — April 2025

I’m now aiming for April 2025, so the next question is which date and format would allow the most people to attend. This would be an informal Santiago property gathering covering local market observations, financing and the analysis of a deal, followed by practical questions.

Please indicate whether a weekday early evening or a weekend is more workable, along with any April dates you already know you cannot make. Once there is a rough count, I can shortlist a central venue. Mention whether being near public transport, having step-free entry or keeping attendance free or inexpensive would affect your decision.

Interested. An early evening would suit me better than a weekend, provided the venue is reasonably close to public transport. Do you have a particular week in April in mind? Even two possible dates would make it easier to give a firm answer.

I may not be able to attend in person. Would you consider a simple remote option for the practical-question round? Also, will participants bring deals to discuss, or are you planning one example in advance? The latter might keep the financing and analysis sections focused.

I’d favour a weekend, so there may not be one time that works for everyone. Rather than adding remote access to an informal first meetup, I’d keep the format simple and choose a central, accessible venue with a clear capacity and cost. If interest splits evenly, the organiser could pick the date with the strongest firm attendance and share a short agenda for everyone else.
