Phoenix property meetup — June 2025: who’s interested?

I’m putting together a Phoenix property meetup for June 2025, and the date now seems like the first question to settle. Would an early weekday evening or a weekend attract more people? Once there is a clear preference, I can shortlist a central venue and confirm capacity.

The discussion would cover local market observations, financing and deal analysis, with time for practical questions. Please also mention any requirement that would affect whether you can attend, such as public transport, step-free entry or no admission charge. If enough people cannot travel, I can then see whether a remote option is workable rather than making it the default.
 
Interested. Early evening would be my preference, ideally somewhere central and reasonably easy to reach by public transport. I’d also favour a free venue if possible, even if that means limited capacity.
 
A weekend works better for me. Do you have a particular part of June in mind? The date may affect attendance more than the venue. I’d also be interested in remote access if travel does not work out, though I appreciate that may be awkward for an informal meetup.
 
I’d keep the first one primarily in person. Trying to manage a room and a full remote audience can easily disrupt a short, informal discussion. A simple remote option for the practical-question round might be a reasonable compromise. Please also confirm step-free access and seating before taking firm RSVPs.
 
That compromise would work for me. I wasn’t expecting a polished online event—just a way to hear the main discussion or submit a question. If remote access adds cost or limits the venue choices, I’d rather the organiser prioritise an accessible central room.
 
For the deal-analysis section, could one example be circulated or outlined at the start with the price, financing assumptions and expected costs clearly separated? That would keep the conversation concrete without anyone needing to disclose a real address or personal details. I can do either format, but weekend is easier.

It sounds as though both timing options have support, so the practical next step may be to offer two possible June dates and ask people to choose. Once one wins, post the venue area, access details, any cost, capacity and whether there will be a basic remote link. That should turn the expressions of interest into a reliable headcount.
