Which buyer-rep integrations actually remove duplicate entry?

The sticking point is the handover, not the feature list. When a buyer is matched with a property, we need the details, documents, viewing activity and later updates to pass to the next person without rekeying or losing the record of who changed what.

We are choosing another tool to trial and want to measure actual admin saved rather than rely on the demo. Reliable listing imports, usable mobile screens and support for work across several countries matter to us; commute-time information would also be useful. What would you test first, and how would you record the time or corrections avoided?

I’d prioritise the listing-import-to-buyer-record handoff over commute data. If that first transfer is clean, viewing notes, documents and updates can stay attached to one record instead of being re-entered. How are you measuring time saved, though—fewer fields typed, faster handoffs, or fewer corrections? Also test whether the audit history shows who changed imported data.

A listing import is a sensible test, although I would hesitate to make it the deciding one. Imported data is relatively easy to fix; unclear permissions or a document history that cannot distinguish current files from superseded ones may be much harder to unwind.

I’d run a complete case on a phone: bring in a property, arrange a viewing, revise a document, transfer the buyer to a colleague and then reduce that colleague’s access. Do it separately for every country required. The audit log should then show each change, while any missing context or off-system workaround will be easy to spot.
