Utrecht vacancy — transaction coordinator

The role is mainly about keeping transactions organised. The particular concern is finding someone who can research the Utrecht market while maintaining accurate records and following up with everyone involved.

We are recruiting a transaction coordinator for a property team in Utrecht. Previous property experience is useful, but clear reasoning and dependable communication are equally important. Anyone interested can reply with their location, availability and the area of property work they know best.

The pay band is the first detail I would need before deciding whether to apply. The expected attendance pattern matters too: how many days, if any, must be spent in the Utrecht office?

Could you also confirm the reporting line and approximate team size? A brief role description or vacancy document covering those points would let candidates assess the position properly.

I’d also want to understand the transaction volume and software stack. “Keeping several parties aligned” can mean a manageable coordination role or a very high-volume administrative post. Are there defined goals for the first quarter, such as improving documentation or follow-up, or is the priority simply supporting current transactions?

Agreed on volume, although I wouldn’t make a particular software package a deciding factor if training is available. The location question is more fundamental: does “in Utrecht” mean regular office attendance, and is any travel expected for property visits or meetings elsewhere in the Netherlands?

The description gives a useful sense of the skills sought, but applicants still cannot judge the scope. I’d suggest adding salary range, employment basis, expected working location, reporting line, team size, typical transaction load, software used and travel expectations. A short outline of what success after three months looks like would also make applications more focused.
