Forget the kitchen finishes for a moment. Which floor plan detail would make you rule a place out before viewing it?

Bedrooms off the main living room? No storage? A bathroom reached through another bedroom? Curious which compromises matter most to different households.

For a shared home, whether someone can sleep while another person uses the living room. Floor area doesn't tell you how well that works.

I'd hesitate to rule it out from the drawing alone. Some plans are badly measured or miss doors. If the location and price were right, I'd ask for clarification first.
