Spain property management software: discounts without a renewal trap?

Choosing on the introductory price could leave me paying much more at renewal or struggling to retrieve the property data later. I am comparing management software for a property in Madrid, and the products look fairly similar despite large differences in annual cost.

Are any genuine discounts offered through professional bodies, associations or local communities in Spain? If recommending one, please mention any connection to the provider. I need to compare the written renewal cost, included users, extra-seat pricing, cancellation notice, export format and charges, trial limitations, and the support actually included. A two-year total would be more useful than a headline discount.

I would ask each provider for a written two-year cost rather than just a discount percentage. The useful comparison is first year, renewal, extra seats and any charge for exporting data. For an association offer, also ask exactly who qualifies and whether eligibility must be proved again at renewal.

How many users and properties do you need to cover? “Per seat” can change the comparison completely, especially if an accountant, maintenance contact or outside manager needs access. It would also help to know whether you need Spanish-language support or merely operation in Spain.

I partly disagree with focusing first on the two-year price. Cancellation and export should be tested before purchase, because a low renewal quote still leaves you exposed if the export is incomplete or only available on a higher plan. During any trial, create sample records and ask what can actually be downloaded, in which format, and whether access ends immediately after cancellation.

A practical way to compare replies is to send every provider the same short request: normal annual price, discounted first year, renewal price, included seats, additional-seat cost, discount eligibility, trial limitations, support channel, cancellation notice and export options. Ask them to state whether the professional or association discount can be combined with other offers. If any answer is only verbal or vague, calculate using list price rather than assuming the discount continues.
