The practical requirement is someone who can manage several follow-ups without losing the assumptions or transaction record behind them. We are recruiting an acquisition analyst for a property team in Seoul, with work covering local market research, pipeline organisation and support for transaction documentation.

Relevant property experience is useful, but clear reasoning and coordination across the people involved are equally important. If you would like to discuss the role, send your current location, availability and the area of property work you know best. Questions about reporting lines, working arrangements, the software stack, salary range and first-quarter priorities are welcome so both sides can establish whether there is a fit.
 
Before applying, I would want to know the salary range, whether the role is office-based or flexible, and who the analyst reports to. Those details will determine whether people outside Seoul—or people currently employed—can realistically consider it.
 
Agreed on salary, but the first-quarter goals would tell me more about the actual role. Is the new analyst expected mainly to build market coverage and organise the pipeline, or to support live transactions immediately? Team size and typical transaction volume would also help candidates judge the pace.
 
I would not put too much weight on transaction count alone; a few complicated deals may create more work than a larger number of straightforward ones. The clearer measure is what the analyst owns at each stage and which decisions remain with senior team members.

It would also be useful to list the software stack and any travel expectations. “Structured follow-up” can mean very different things depending on how the team currently works.
 
A short second post answering those points would make this much easier to assess: compensation range, reporting line, work location, team size, first-quarter priorities, software and expected travel. Even if transaction volume varies, a broad description of the current pipeline would give applicants useful context.
