Seattle vacancy — transaction coordinator

The immediate need is someone who can keep research, follow-up and transaction records moving without losing track of the people involved. We are recruiting a transaction coordinator for a Seattle property team.

Relevant coordination experience is important, as is clear written communication when several tasks are active at once. Candidates should send their location, availability and the area of property work they know best. Examples of how they have organised a transaction or resolved a documentation gap would be useful.

Potentially interesting, but I’d want a few basics before applying: the salary range, whether the role is office-based, hybrid, or remote, and who the coordinator reports to. “Seattle” could describe either the team’s market or the required work location.

Agreed, and workload is another missing piece. How large is the team, what transaction volume would this person support, and which software is already in use? Those answers would help candidates explain relevant experience rather than sending a generic summary of everything they have done.

Volume alone can be misleading if the role also carries substantial research and follow-up. I’d add the first-quarter goals and any travel expectations. A revised post covering pay, location, reporting line, team size, systems, and early priorities would make it much easier for suitable applicants to respond clearly.
