Direct acquisitions experience would be useful for this Phoenix role, although the harder requirement is someone who can keep the analysis and transaction process organised when several people are involved.

The acquisition analyst will handle local property research, track follow-ups and maintain clear deal records. We are interested in candidates who can show how they reached a conclusion, not just provide a number, and who are comfortable coordinating outstanding information across a team.

Team size, expected transaction volume, and the software stack would help candidates judge whether their experience actually fits.
