A poor match on lease length, furnishing or monthly costs wastes time for both landlord and tenant, so I would prefer to settle those points before arranging viewings. This is a 2-bed villa in Madrid of approximately 105 m², offered at €6,500 per month for a dependable long-term tenant.

The precise deposit, included charges and start date will be agreed with the final lease terms. Please ask about furnishing, condition, transport, running costs, pets and how maintenance requests would be handled. Anyone interested should include their proposed move date when making contact.

Before arranging a viewing, could you say which part of Madrid it is in and whether it comes furnished? At this rent, it would also help to know the preferred lease length, what charges are included and the likely deposit. My possible timing would depend on the available start date.

I’d actually put the monthly cost breakdown ahead of the furnishing question. “Included charges” can mean very different things. Are utilities billed separately, and would the tenant contract and pay them directly? It would also be useful to explain how routine maintenance requests are reported and who responds.

Both matter at €6,500. A clear follow-up from the owner could list: furnished or unfurnished, earliest move-in date, preferred lease duration, deposit to be agreed, included charges, utility arrangement, pet terms and maintenance contact. Then transport information can be meaningful once the general area is provided, without posting a precise address publicly.

The request for a proposed move date is reasonable, but applicants need at least an availability window first. Someone moving next month and someone planning several months ahead may be discussing completely different lease terms. Even a simple indication of whether the villa is available now or from a later date would make responses more useful.
