I’m based in Abu Dhabi and assessing whether Funda is practical for searching remotely for a coastal home around Montreal. My main comparison points are listing freshness, duplicate control, map-pin accuracy and consistent floor-area figures. Days-on-market, price history and links to sold records would also help, but only if the underlying listing status is current.
For anyone with first-hand experience, how reliable are the mobile filters and saved-search alerts? After contacting an advertiser, is the next transaction step clear, and did you find that listings were still available when you enquired?
