I am looking for a dependable tenant for a longer stay, but the lease length, deposit, included costs and start date need to be agreed together. Questions about layout, condition, transport, maintenance arrangements and utility billing are welcome. If interested, please mention your proposed moving date.
 
Could you clarify whether the 55 m² figure is the internal area and how the three bedrooms are arranged? I’d also want to know whether it is furnished, the expected lease length, deposit, pet terms, and which utilities or building charges are included. How are maintenance requests handled? My move date is flexible, so knowing your preferred start date would help.
