While browsing the Warsaw board, I kept wishing there were a consistent way to find sold-price history across threads. It would make local property comparisons easier and cut down on repeated questions in valuation and market-report discussions.
Would this work best as an optional thread field, a standard tag, or a search filter? I would avoid making it mandatory unless there is a simple “unknown” option, since many members will not have a confirmed sale price and posting still needs to be quick, especially on mobile.
There are a few practical issues to solve: keeping tags consistent, handling regional differences in how sale information is reported, limiting the moderation burden, and deciding whether older threads should be updated or simply left as they are. Which approach would give useful Warsaw search results without adding too much friction for casual posters?
