Can we compare local markets without mixing asking and sold prices?

For member market updates, what should the minimum information be? I'd like to see the area, property type, time period, source and whether prices are asking, agreed or completed.

What else would make these posts easier to compare?

Also whether the figure is a median or an average. And please link the source table, not just an image of a chart with the labels cropped off.
