Can one energy assessment platform handle the full handoff?

One platform could reduce handoffs. A collection of specialist tools could do each job better. Neither option feels comfortable if staff still have to re-enter property details or chase the history behind an update.

We have been testing workflows for leads, documents, viewings and transaction progress, with particular attention to whether information passes cleanly to the next person. Which integrations actually remove manual work rather than merely adding another screen? We also need transparent rental-yield fields, dependable listing imports and workflows that can accommodate properties in several countries.

I would prioritise reliable write-back over the length of the feature list. If an assessment result, document status or viewing update cannot return to the main property record, staff will copy it manually. Also ask whether edits retain an audit history and whether permissions can be limited by role.

How are you defining rental yield across countries? A platform can display a percentage while using inconsistent assumptions about rent, vacancy, recurring costs or currency. I would ask vendors to show the underlying fields and calculation rather than just the output. The other missing fact is whether your team needs mobile data entry during visits or only office access; that changes which handoff is most likely to fail.

If a revised assessment cannot replace the active version while preserving the earlier file, the platform is not ready to be the single system. Test that from a phone and check whether it creates a second property record.

If the version history, permissions and write-back all survive, a broader suite may simplify the workflow. If any of them fail, specialist tools with clean exports and open integrations are the safer choice.

Grace’s test is a good one, but I would run it as a short end-to-end script rather than another general demo: import one listing, change a property field, add a revised document, restrict access for one user, and pass the record to the next stage. Time the manual steps and count every re-entry. Repeat with properties from each intended country, because a smooth local workflow does not prove that fields and yield assumptions travel well.
