Conference season is coming, and the marketing all sounds identical. Let's build an honest guide.
Two things for this thread:
Events you're attending this autumn — conferences, expos, local meetups, anywhere members might cross paths. If you're going, say so; forum members meeting in person is the best thing that can come out of this board.
Honest reviews of events you've attended before — which ones delivered real connections or deal flow, and which were an expensive day of vendor pitches?
And a nudge: if there's no property meetup in your city, this thread is a fine place to test interest in starting one. Even four members and a coffee counts.
