I’m in Madrid comparing annual plans for renovation-planning tools, and the prices seem to vary much more than the actual feature sets. Before paying list price, does anyone know of a legitimate discount available in Spain through a professional body, trade association or property community?
Please name the tool and disclose any affiliation. I’d also appreciate the normal renewal price, number of seats, association eligibility requirements, cancellation terms, trial restrictions, support level and available data-export formats. A cheap first year is not much use if renewal jumps sharply, extra collaborators cost more, or moving the project elsewhere is difficult.
