I’m comparing several energy-assessment tools for property work in Amsterdam. Their feature sets look broadly similar, but the annual prices vary considerably. Before paying list price, does anyone know of a legitimate Dutch professional, trade-association or community discount?
If so, please disclose any affiliation and say who is eligible. I’d also appreciate the actual renewal price rather than just the introductory rate, plus details on seat limits, cancellation terms, data export, trial restrictions and the support level included. A cheap first year is not much use if renewal jumps sharply or moving historical data later becomes difficult.
