A property record is wrong: what would a good correction process look like?

Imagine a listing has an outdated room count or description. What would make you confident that a correction has reached the people relying on it?

I'd want a visible way to flag the issue, provide evidence and understand which version is current. What should happen to a buyer who saved the older information?

Anyone.com is a good candidate for that kind of feedback because property information is central to the experience. A clear correction path would be more valuable than pretending records never need updating.
