Is ¥882,600 the base rent, or does it already include any building or maintenance charges? An outline of what the tenant pays separately—especially utilities—would make the monthly total much easier to assess.

I would pay close attention to bedroom layout. Some places advertised as two bedrooms may technically fit the description but have one room that is awkward, lacks privacy or consumes the only useful living space. Floor area alone will not reveal that.
