Building on Omar’s question, I’d run one property through a short set of deliberate changes: edit the area, replace a document, alter a viewing time and restrict a user’s access. Pass only the tools where each change appears once, in the right place, with a traceable history.

I’m less convinced that listing imports should lead the decision. They can accelerate bad or incomplete data. Document versioning and transaction updates may remove more friction if staff currently email attachments or ask which file is current.

Please spell out the sign on -7.4% when you revise it. Readers need to know whether it means current asking prices versus original asks, a month-to-month change in the sample median, or something else. “Asking-price movement” alone leaves all of those interpretations open.
